If you would like to be a part of our Group, please let our Reception Team know who will make a note of your details for our Waiting List and forward on to our Social Prescribing Team.
Depending on the type of appointment you need, you may be able to book a longer appointment with the Doctor for those patients over 75. These are helpful where you may have more than one issue you’d like to talk to your GP about. It’s a good way to enable us to maintain continuity of care.
